These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nab.it, operated by Nab Technologies("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
nab.it is a productivity application that helps you capture, organize, and act on your tasks and ideas. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, distributing malware, harassing others, scraping in violation of our policies, or using the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Your data:you retain ownership of content and data you create and submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Our platform: the Service software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Nab Technologies and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or as described in the product; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Availability and disclaimers
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nab Technologies and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, or as required by law, with notice where reasonable. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-product notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
